How to receive refund:

To receive a refund, provide the following within 30 days of purchase:

* the complete URL (web address) link to the lower priced item,

* your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number

Pampered Passions will confirm the lower price by visiting the URL link provided. We will calculate the list price difference and credit the credit card provided at the time of order 110% of the price difference.
